Company Settings

Open Company Settings to update your company profile. These details appear on every certificate issued by your team.

• Company name — displayed as the certifying company on certificates
• NZBN (New Zealand Business Number) — required for Company plans, printed on every certificate
• Physical address — shown on certificate headers
• Contact phone & email — for clients to reach your team
• Website — optional link to your company website

Upload your company logo to appear on all team certificates. The logo is added to the certificate header automatically.

• Recommended format: PNG or JPG with a transparent or white background
• Recommended size: at least 300 pixels wide for sharp PDF rendering
• Max file size: 2 MB

When a company employee issues a certificate, these details are applied automatically:

• Company logo in the header
• Company name, NZBN, address, phone, and website in the issuer block
• Employee's name and EWRB registration number as the individual certifier

Employees don't need to set anything up — they inherit company branding from this page automatically.

• Team Management — invite, manage and remove team members.
• Shared Clients — client database shared across the team.
• Manage Billing — per-seat pricing, adjusting seat count, invoices.
• Profile & Signature — individual EWRB details and on-PDF signature.
