Individual Pro prices include 15% GST. Company seat prices are exclusive of GST — 15% is added at checkout. Annual billing is paid up front and locks in the rate for the year.
Managing your subscription
Subscription management is handled through Stripe's secure customer portal. Open the Settings page in WireWrite and click Manage Billing to:
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Update your payment card
- Download past invoices and receipts
- Update your billing address
- Cancel your subscription
Invoices & GST
All invoices are generated by Stripe on behalf of Phase Logic Ltd and available for download from the billing portal. Each invoice is a valid tax invoice for NZ GST purposes.
NZ GST number: 146-944-406. Individual Pro prices include GST; Company seat prices have GST added at checkout. Every invoice includes the company name, GST number, invoice number, date, line items, GST amount and total — meeting Inland Revenue's tax invoice requirements for input credit claims.
To download an invoice: Settings → Manage Billing → Invoices tab. Each invoice is a downloadable PDF.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
After cancellation, your account becomes read-only. You can still sign in and download PDFs of previously issued certificates for the 7-year retention period, but you cannot create new ones. Re-subscribing at any time restores full access and brings back all your saved drafts.

How much does WireWrite NZ cost?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Both Individual Pro and Company plans include a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start either trial. You will only be charged if you choose to continue at the end of the trial.
Does WireWrite issue valid NZ GST invoices?
Yes. Every invoice is generated by Stripe on behalf of Phase Logic Ltd (GST number 146-944-406) and includes the company name, GST number, invoice number, date, line items, GST amount and total. Invoices are downloadable as PDF from the billing portal and meet Inland Revenue's tax invoice requirements.
How do I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Open the Settings page in WireWrite, click Manage Billing, and select the plan switch you want. Stripe prorates the difference automatically: if you switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle, you are credited for the unused portion of the current month. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal so you keep the discount you already paid for.
How do I cancel my WireWrite subscription?
Click Manage Billing on the Settings page and cancel from the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until that date. After cancellation, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and download PDFs of previously issued certificates but cannot create new ones.
Can I add or remove seats from my Company plan mid-month?
Yes. Add a team member from the Company dashboard at any time. Stripe prorates the seat cost from the day you added them through to the next renewal. Removing a seat (deactivating a worker) stops the meter immediately and the prorated credit is applied to your next invoice.
Where can I download past invoices?
All past invoices are available in the Stripe billing portal under the Invoices tab. Click Manage Billing from the Settings page to open the portal. Each invoice is a downloadable PDF and includes all the fields required to claim a GST input credit.
